How to Find the Best Deals in the UK

Do you want to find out how to get the best deals you can and live in the UK - well you have come to the right place.  We all want to save money and try to live frugally and part of that is getting things at good prices.  Here I am going to tell you how you can find out about the best deals around online and offline and the sites to keep checking!

The best site to visit to find out about the latest deals is Hotukdeals. It is a site where users post the best deals around! There are many deals added every day and while they are mainly about entertainment like videogames, CD`s and DVD`s you will also find lots of deals for clothes, electronics, groceries, mobiles and just about everything else imaginable.

The site has a great community feel and users can post comments and vote deals hot or cold depending if they are a good deal or not. The best deals appear in the hottest today box and you can also look for a deal by going to a category or searching for one!

You will also find voucher codes, freebies, competitions and more posted on the site and there is even a buying/trading and selling system you can take part in with no fees!

Freecycle is a site where users actually give away things for free.  You can find anything from old computers and unwanted books to sofas and beds! Everything on the site is free and the person giving things away chooses who they want to give items to (usually the first person but if someone is quite rude or greedy they might choose to give to someone else!)  I would recommend giving away one thing for free before getting anything as you will more likely get items and also seem like you are not greedy!  

The aim of the site is to stop things going to landfill and you can do that by joining your local areas group and taking part and get some free things and hopefully give away a few things too!

You can also always use price comparison sites to help you find a good deal! They allow you to find the best price for the product you want but always use more than one price comparison site as they sometimes have different results. You should also always check to see if there are vouchers e.t.c available to get a cheaper price!
